I was off work on that terrible day of September 11, 2001.
I had just turned to MSNBC and heard that a plane had hit the World Trade Center.
Then I watched in horror as the second plane hit the second tower.
I'll never forget the sight of people running for their lives, then watching the Twin Towers
fall one at a time, taking many lives from many countries.
Then came the crash at the Pentagon followed by the plane crash in Pennsylvania.
What a horrible day for our nation -- under attack by terrorists.
Who would have thought such a thing could happen in this wonderful country.
My heartfelt sympathies go out to the families who lost loved ones during this terrible time....
the firefighters, police officers, civilians, the people on the planes.
When I moved my website from one place to another, I inadvertently deleted my original
911 Memorial Page and I was devastated. I would like to thank the following for sending me graphics
and weblinks so that I could rebuild my memorial pages:
Tracy .. Diana .. LadyJen .. Rose .. Laura .. Lisa .. Fiddle Stix .. Brenny .. Rita .. Bajeca
Without their help this page would be forever lost.
